About Us History Tom Martin started in the furniture business in 1950 after his father opened a store in East Peoria. With many years of , he decided to open a location in Normal Illinois to serve the Bloomington-Normal and surrounding areas. So in 1995 Martin's Home Furniture started. Tom and his son Brad worked together to design and deliver quality home furniture with much to same philosophy and products that had already proved successful. In 2004 Martin's relocated to a larger showroom in Bloomington off intersection of Eastland Drive and Hershey Avenue.  This location allowed for greater displays that included several manufacturer's galleries and an on-site warehouse.  Three years later Martin's expanded again by adding onto the north end of building.  This addition meant greater display of furniture through more galleries plus another entrance. Our Philosophy We believe in providing quality long-lasting name-brand furniture at a fair discounted price. We believe your home should be functional, comfortable, and inviting to your guests. We believe in full service and providing complete warranty coverage. Our attempt is to show a wide assortment of desirable furniture our customers want. We also specialize in extensive custom order possibilities. If we carry a particular manufacturer, we can supply their complete line.
