Martin's Furniture Protection Plan- Without Pet Coverage

Keep your sales invoice as proof of purchase of a protection plan. Any accidental stains and/or damage must be reported within 30 days after damage occurred. Notify us by calling 309-662-7733 to start a claim. Send required pictures to info@martinshomefurniture.com

Plan Definition

This plan covers certain accidental stains and damage from use of your furniture up to a maximum retail purchase price of $15,000 for 5 years from delivery. Plan is not transferable. One claim allowed per protection plan purchased.

Service Procedures

1. Cleaning of stain. We will provide a cleaning kit or materials to remove the stain. If you decide this method doesn’t fully address the stain, we will move to one of the next steps.
2. Technician attempt. We will send out a professional to access the stain and perform repairs. If the technician is not to your satisfaction, notify us within 30 days from this attempt.
3. Replacement, Re-selection, or Cash Settlement. If the damage isn’t remedied, we mill arrange for replacement, re-selection,or cash settlement at our discretion. This step will complete the coverage and all our obligations under this plan.
4. Refund. If we are unsuccessful in repairing the stain or damage, we will refund you the purchase price of the protection plan.

• Ballpoint pen ink
• Nail polish and remover
• Burns from cigarettes
• Broken zippers or popped buttons
• Punctures, cuts, tears
• Frame failure, springs, mechanisms, motors, hand wands,power cords if these components are no longer under manufacturer warranty
• Water rings
• Scratches or gouges
• Heat marks
• Glass or mirror breakage

• Wear and tear
• Fabric fraying
• Pilling of fabric
• Leather scuffing
• Stain or soil buildup
• Seam opening
• Fading, color loss
• Loss of foam or spring resiliency
• Leather/vinyl cracking
• Leather brands, scars, wrinkles
• Defects in design
• Mattresses
• Wicker or Rattan furniture
• Nubuck, suede, stamped leather or split grain leather
• COM upholstery
• X fabric cleaning code
• Pre-existing stains or damage
• Odors
